(Associate) Account Director

Ogilvy, a global leader in creative communications, is hiring an (Associate) Account Director in Dubai to lead client strategy across a diverse portfolio. This full-time, on-site role requires a client servicing professional with deep expertise in customer experience (CX), strategic planning, and digital channel implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, growing accounts, and delivering high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on integrated strategies to achieve business goals using multi-channel digital marketing.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery, budget accuracy, and quality of work.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and activating new CX opportunities within the portfolio.

  • Lead internal teams across creative, research, data, and technology to execute strategic campaigns.

  • Guide clients in leveraging CRM, performance marketing, and data analytics for impactful customer journeys.

  • Act as a key contributor to the Ogilvy One regional community through mentorship and knowledge sharing.

  • Ensure alignment with Ogilvy’s global standards and work with international centers of excellence to deliver client solutions.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in client services, planning, or project management within the CX sector.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, mobile, web, social, and analytics.

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and project execution in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Past experience with major CX transformation campaigns or global marketing projects is a strong advantage.
