Fortes Education is seeking an Admissions & Family Experience Officer for Regent International School in Dubai. This internship role will involve managing the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families, and contributing to the school’s growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquiry Management:
    Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing accurate information on admission requirements, programs, and deadlines.

  • Application Processing:
    Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to assess applicants’ suitability.

  • Interviews and Assessments:
    Conduct interviews and entrance exams, offering guidance and support to applicants during the process.

  • Admissions Decision-making:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed decisions on applications, ensuring timely and professional communication of results.

  • Enrollment Support:
    Assist with the enrollment process, including registration, tuition deposits, and scheduling orientation sessions.

  • Admissions Events and Outreach:
    Plan and coordinate events like open houses and campus tours. Represent the institution at recruitment events.

  • Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment data. Generate reports on admissions metrics.

  • Student Retention:
    Manage documentation related to student withdrawals and assist in understanding retention challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or related roles is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
