Lean Technologies is seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to join their People & Talent team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles in both technical and business functions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will partner with regional leaders to shape hiring strategies, promote Lean’s employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in the UAE and KSA, aligning recruitment strategies with regional hiring goals.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

• Build and maintain diverse talent pools for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing methods.

• Leverage market insights to provide data-informed recommendations to hiring managers and executives.

• Promote Lean’s employer brand by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, meetups, and establishing relationships with universities.

• Champion a world-class candidate experience that reflects Lean’s values and culture.

• Collaborate with the People Team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

• Stay up to date with talent trends in fintech, particularly in the UAE and KSA markets.

Requirements:

• Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth or fintech environments.

• Strong understanding of the talent landscape in the GCC, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

• Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities without compromising quality.

• Experience leveraging market insights to drive decisions and strategies, analyzing metrics to improve recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both professional and approachable.

• Arabic language skills are a strong plus.
