GMG, a leading global well-being company, is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its homegrown outdoor furniture brand, Suncoast, in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a results-driven professional with B2B sales experience in the home or furniture industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding GMG’s customer base and identifying strategic opportunities across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

• Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow market share and revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.

• Represent GMG at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to generate new leads.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals and client presentations.

• Negotiate deals and contracts aligned with internal policies and legal compliance.

• Track KPIs and prepare reports on business development progress and performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, operations, and product development.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree/certification is a plus).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, B2B/wholesale sales within the home or furniture sector in the UAE.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Proactive, analytical, and strategic mindset.
