Amideast is looking for a highly motivated Test Center Administrator to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage the Test Center environment, ensuring testing integrity, proctoring exams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete mandatory TCA training, including exams and certification

Greet examinees, verify identification, and register candidates
-
Collect biometric information (if applicable) and monitor candidates during exams
-
Address or escalate any technical or candidate-related issues
-
Ensure the security of computer software in the Test Center
-
Manage test materials and report any incidents of misconduct
-
Provide customer service and front desk support
-
Proctor off-site testing when necessary
-
Assist with testing equipment setup and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
-
Bilingual in Arabic and English
-
Minimum High School Diploma
-
Effective communication skills, especially in a position of authority
-
Ability to interpret operational documents and submit detailed reports
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based applications
-
Capable of lifting 25 pounds and multitasking
-
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure
-
Strong organizational and leadership skills
-
Flexibility to travel across the UAE for testing duties
Preferred:
-
1-2 years of customer service experience
-
UAE driving license and own car
-
Bachelor’s degree
