Liv Squared Properties is seeking a Luxury Property Advisor for Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both ready and off-plan properties in the region and will guide clients through property transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing real estate market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and upcoming developments in Ras Al Khaimah, including both ready and off-plan properties

  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and guide them through property searches

  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or developers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties

  • Source, list, and market properties through online platforms, social media, and networking events

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing insights on property specifications, local amenities, and development plans

  • Prepare and review sales agreements and contracts in compliance with UAE regulations

  • Provide expert advice on off-plan property investments and keep clients informed on project progress and capital appreciation potential

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals

  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties in Ras Al Khaimah

  • In-depth knowledge of Ras Al Khaimah’s property market

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

  • Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory
