IDP Education Ltd, a global leader in international education services, is hiring a Finance Admin (Temporary Role) for its Dubai office. The position involves supporting the finance team with VAT-related processes, data entry, and financial recordkeeping. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of finance admin experience and strong UAE VAT knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Process VAT transactions and ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws.

Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting data.

Perform regular data entry and manage financial databases efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in a Finance Admin or similar role, especially in VAT processing.

Solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and reconciliation practices.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and ensure accurate financial reporting.
