• Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Specialist to join one of its boutiques in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales in the Fine Jewelry department, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with Dior’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Fine Jewelry operations within the boutique.

• Manage key sales and client relationships, using client books and the database to optimize sales.

• Sell products and contribute to store sales growth.

• Manage repairs and transfers of jewelry pieces within and outside the region.

• Demonstrate leadership skills and assist in training sales teams on product knowledge.

• Engage clients to ensure loyalty, conveying Dior’s brand values.

• Ensure outstanding customer service in line with company standards.

• Maintain the presentation and image of the boutique.

• Act as a proactive team player in daily shop-floor functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Previous luxury retail experience in customer service.

• Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Strong drive to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
