Job Title: Data Entry & Records Assistant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Records Assistant to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start a career in administrative support and data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining important sales and business data while supporting overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review data entries for accuracy and promptly report any discrepancies or unusual findings to management.

  • Scan, print, and prepare documents for data collection and entry.

  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly sales records to support performance analysis and business improvements.

  • Organize and file both digital and hard-copy data for effective record-keeping.

  • Ensure all documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and basic software tools (scanners, printers, MS Office, etc.).

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience Level: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Location: Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
