Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Ensure food is prepared in accordance with portion control and garnish guidelines.

Thaw frozen food items in the refrigerator and maintain food temperature to ensure safety.

Monitor food quality and quantity, and communicate with management if excess food is available for use in daily specials.

Collaborate with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of meals.

Maintain food logs, ensuring proper hygiene and cleanliness of food preparation areas.

Inform the Food & Beverage staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items.

Provide assistance during peak hours and busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Maintain a safe and clean environment by following safety, sanitation, and security policies and procedures.

Assist with training new kitchen staff as required and maintain high standards of teamwork.

Comply with safety training and certifications, and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

Maintain confidentiality of proprietary company information and protect company assets.

Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are professional and clean.

Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree in Culinary Arts.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a kitchen setting.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

Certification: No specific license or certification required.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
