Job Title: Customer Support Specialist 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their queries resolved with professionalism and efficiency. You will leverage CRM software and communication tools to provide clear, accurate, and timely information about ongoing projects, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand customers’ needs to provide tailored support and achieve maximum satisfaction.

  • Effectively communicate detailed information about the company’s offerings, ongoing projects, and other relevant updates using appropriate tools and software.

  • Resolve customer doubts and queries in a timely manner, ensuring that the provided information is accurate and meets their requirements.

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date list of customer data, including interaction logs, documents, and any pertinent details.

  • Collaborate with senior management to stay informed about the latest organizational policies, products, and services.

  • Analyze client requirements, addressing and resolving any product flaws or service gaps to improve customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support and service roles, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools to enhance customer support and service delivery.

  • Expertise in handling phone calls with professional etiquette, delivering clear and friendly communication.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas via high-tech and traditional channels.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring efficient service delivery.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage customer interactions and track service performance.
