Job Title: Digital & E-Commerce Intern
Job Description:

As a Digital & E-Commerce Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team, learning from experts and gaining hands-on experience across various digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Website & CRM:
-
Translate website content into Arabic for a seamless customer experience.

Assist in the management of product grids and visual merchandising strategies.
-
Optimize internal search functionalities to improve user experience.
-
Help create and design engaging email layouts for targeted campaigns.
-

Back Office Operations:
-
Order Management: Oversee order flow, tracking deliveries, returns, and refunds. Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and e-commerce teams.

Stock & Sourcing: Monitor inventory allocation to the warehouse and follow up on back orders or delayed items.
-
Fraud & Finance Support: Support manual order screenings, fraud alert resolutions, chargeback investigations, and assist with basic accounting functions such as bank transfers and refunds.

Client & Tech Support: Provide excellent customer support, resolve client queries, and collaborate with the IS/IT teams to troubleshoot system issues.

Testing & UATs (User Acceptance Testing):

Assist with coordinating test cases and conducting test orders in pre-production and production environments.

Collaborate with the EMEA team, attend follow-up calls, and report any technical issues or bugs.

Special Projects & Initiatives:

Ensure new Louis Vuitton launches are updated on department store and mall platforms.

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
-
Assist in the coordination of creative layouts for seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the CSC team.
