As a VIP Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for providing tailored experiences to our exclusive guests by organizing and coordinating a wide range of services, from itinerary planning to bookings for transport, activities, dining, and Butler services. You will play a key role in ensuring that every aspect of our guests’ stays is planned and executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage VIP guest itineraries, ensuring personalized attention and tailored experiences.

Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service.

Organize and book hotel stays, transportation, dining reservations, and exclusive activities to meet guest expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of guest plans.

Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for the VIP Services department, ensuring all processes run efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest queries and resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

Ensure all guest correspondence is in line with the high standards of Atlantis and tailored to individual needs.
About You:

You hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field, or have at least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator or guest services role.

Experience handling guest requests, queries, and complaints in a luxury hotel or resort environment, ideally using Opera or another booking system.

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to various social situations.

A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering a first-class guest experience.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.

Knowledge of high-end hospitality standards and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
