Yokogawa, a leader in industrial automation, is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join their team. The role involves developing complete planning packages, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring project milestones are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and reporting, with expertise in tools like Primavera P6 and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive planning packages, including work plans, schedules, progress measurement, and reporting procedures.

• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and progress measurement systems for projects.

• Develop, maintain, and update Level I-IV plans and deployment histograms.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report packages, including progress S-curves for client submission.

• Alert management to delays in critical activities and recommend remedial actions.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction departments/contractors to compare progress with project targets and milestones.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Project Management experience with a focus on planning and scheduling.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP.

• Strong background in project monitoring, reporting, and control.

• Experience in Risk Analysis.

• Previous experience in Planning Engineer roles, with at least 6 months at Arkoil Technologies, 3 years at Descon Engineering, and 2.5 years at Doosan Babcock.
