Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services.

Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to various departments as needed.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings effectively.

Serve refreshments to guests as needed, ensuring a high level of service.
Skills and Qualifications:

Preferably Filipino nationality.

Female candidates aged between 20-27 years.

Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Positive, friendly attitude with a strong customer service focus.

Proficient in MS Office and email applications.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
Employment Terms:

Trial period: 1–2 months.
