Job Overview:

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Initial 3–6 Month Contract (with potential for permanent transfer)

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules covering all project phases.

• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather accurate project information.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports, including S-curves, histograms, and KPIs.

• Conduct site visits to verify project progress against the schedule.

• Support EOT (Extension of Time) claims and related documentation.

• Ensure all planning activities align with company policies and standards.

• Utilize project management tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.

• Offer planning expertise to help the project team meet key milestones and objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling civil construction and interior fit-out projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent planning software.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
