About the Client:

Role Overview:

• Handle customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and feedback through email, social media, and phone calls.

• Take full ownership of customer issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage positive online reviews and feedback.

• Manage reservations for B2B and B2C clients via email and telephone, tailored to customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Open to UAE Nationals with a Family Book.

• Background in hospitality, travel and tourism, restaurants, or ticketing/attractions preferred.

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
