Fortinet is seeking a Business Development Manager for Application Security (AppSec) in the UAE. This full-time role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities in the AppSec domain. The manager will be responsible for engaging with sales teams to create application security opportunities, driving revenue growth, and supporting sales efforts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large account selling and application security services, with a competitive and proactive approach to business development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account-specific AppSec opportunities in collaboration with Enterprise Sales teams

• Participate in account planning sessions and take ownership of related actions

• Build revenue and business plans with regional sales districts

• Align AppSec Sales initiatives with Channel BDM and EMEA priorities

• Provide ongoing sales training to the Enterprise sales team

• Partner with marketing and engineering teams to drive growth in the region

• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of large account or enterprise selling experience

• 3+ years of experience in selling Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) and Web Application Firewall (WAF) services

• Business development experience in AppSec is a plus

• Strong ability to engage customer buying centers and build business plans

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Self-starter with a hunter mentality, competitive attitude

• College or University degree preferred

• Proficiency in Arabic and English at a professional level
