This role involves handling customer queries, requests, and complaints in Italian, ensuring end-to-end resolution and superior customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional fluency in Italian and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in the Italian language, following standard procedures to provide solutions.

Provide excellent customer service at every interaction, taking full ownership of customer transactions.

Achieve superior customer engagement and contribute to improved customer experience.

Ensure a significant improvement in customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.

High level of computer literacy.
