Minor Hotels is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support their marketing strategy by coordinating and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness, increase bookings, and promote hotel services and events. The role involves working closely with multiple departments such as F&B, Sales, and Events, as well as managing external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies, focusing on building brand awareness and increasing visibility.

• Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and exhibitions, ensuring all activities align with brand objectives.

• Create and manage content for health & wellness-related topics, collaborating with copywriters to craft effective messaging.

• Manage third-party partnerships, including media agencies, PR firms, and event organizers.

• Work with graphic designers to produce marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

• Lead collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and nutritionists to enhance brand positioning and product promotion.

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to introduce new products to the market.

• Explore new business partnerships to expand the customer database and offer exclusive privileges.

• Monitor and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Knowledge of the UAE market and hospitality trends is preferred.
