Apparel Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Merchandiser to support merchandising operations across stores in the UAE. This role is essential in ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time and place, while maximizing product profitability and sales performance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in merchandising systems, reporting tools, and have a strong understanding of retail trends and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate retail reports including Sell-Thru, consolidation sheets, and product breakdown analysis.

• Coordinate with stores, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability.

• Analyze best and worst-selling products based on price points, colors, and styles.

• Monitor seasonal sales and provide feedback on product performance.

• Maximize profitability and volume across product categories through sales analysis.

• Collect and report customer feedback regarding product preferences.

• Collaborate with the buying team to manage product orders, reorders, damages, and range planning.

• Assist in merchandise planning and prepare reports for product range reviews and presentations.

• Track competitors’ offerings and identify potential brand opportunities.

• Manage and process retail pro reports, sales invoices, and other documentation accurately.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all business documents.

• Work closely with the Merchandise Planning team to ensure an optimal product mix at subcategory and price point levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in merchandising or a similar retail operations role is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, retail reporting tools, and ERP systems.

• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
