Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant specializing in Government Solutions and ICT Integration. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will leverage your deep expertise in government digitalization, ICT integration, and consultative sales strategies to build and expand business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop Sales Strategies: Build and execute sales strategies for government and enterprise clients, establishing relationships with mid- and senior-level executives. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through consultative sales approaches.

Solution Design & Integration: Utilize a self-owned product portfolio, including ICT integration services and multi-application scenarios. Leverage internal and external resources to design industry-specific solutions aligned with ecosystem strategies, driving the sales of Huawei products and services across diverse industries.

Project Leadership: Take responsibility for the quality and customer satisfaction of industry solutions throughout the end-to-end sales and delivery processes, overseeing regional-level industry solution projects to ensure successful implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of the government sector and a proven ability to develop strategic solutions for government digitalization.

Systematic Thinking: In-depth technical knowledge of ICT, cloud products, AI, Big Data, and the ability to design solutions tailored to customer needs.

Ecosystem Thinking: Expertise in collaborating with ecosystem partners, understanding customer requirements, and developing joint solutions to meet client needs.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Chinese, with the capacity to present and write solutions clearly and logically.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of frontline digital government experience in China or 3 years of pan-government experience internationally.

Industry Expertise: Background in government industry solutions, digital transformation, and ICT integration preferred.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
