We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This exciting role requires someone with strong communication skills and the ability to drive sales in a dynamic environment. Experience in the FX or crypto market is an advantage, but not mandatory. If you’re passionate about customer interaction, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will interact with diverse clients, promote services, and deliver top-notch support across various languages, including Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, and Urdu. You will be expected to use modern sales techniques to effectively manage and convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

  • Utilize your multilingual skills (Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Urdu) to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

  • Drive sales performance through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up with both new and existing clients.

  • Deliver training to new team members or customers when required.

  • Assist in converting leads into customers by conducting persuasive discussions and presenting services effectively.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions and ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times.

  • Help organize and participate in seminars, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

  • Maintain excellent communication with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales experience, preferably in the FX or Crypto Market (but other sales experience is also welcomed).

  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Thai, Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Vietnamese, and Urdu.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage customers in meaningful conversations.

  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

  • Training and mentoring experience to support new team members or customers.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

  • Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role is a plus.
