Bestinfo Systems LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and recruitment partnerships in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or workforce solutions sector. This role involves developing new business opportunities, coordinating hiring requirements, and supporting talent deployment operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings.

Conduct outreach (calls, field interactions) to introduce recruitment solutions to potential clients.

Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

Coordinate the fulfillment process, ensuring that candidates are matched and the onboarding process is seamless.

Support end-to-end recruitment delivery in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or workforce solutions industry.

Familiarity with local hiring practices and sourcing methods for labor and operational roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

A valid driving license is beneficial but not mandatory.
