Egis is seeking an experienced BIM Manager – Digital Delivery to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives and drive digital transformation across construction projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies in alignment with organizational goals and project requirements.

• Manage the creation and oversight of BIM models through the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure the integration of BIM processes across cross-functional teams.

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

• Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

• Optimise BIM workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital construction.

• Provide technical support for BIM-related issues and deliver training to staff and project teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in BIM management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects using BIM.

• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, knowledge of 3D modelling and visualisation tools, understanding of BIM standards and best practices.

• Other: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with digital delivery implementation and local building codes in the UAE is advantageous.
