HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices, is looking for a Logistics Specialist to coordinate and manage daily logistics operations in their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, supplier management, cost control, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Coordination: Manage daily logistics operations including clearance, warehousing, transportation (inbound and outbound), ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Supplier Management: Screen, evaluate, and maintain logistics suppliers, manage KPIs, and handle any supplier-related issues.

• Cost Application & Payment Management: Oversee logistics supplier costs, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and providing cost-control suggestions.

• Data & Reports: Collect and analyze logistics data, generate reports, and provide decision-making support to management.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and finance departments to provide high-quality logistics support and resolve business problems.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in logistics operations.

• Familiarity with all logistics processes, including cost management and supplier relations.

• Fluent communication in Chinese to meet the daily work needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong cost management abilities, familiar with cost application, verification, and payment processes.

• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and problem-solving.

• High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
