Cybereason, a leading cybersecurity company, is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves working with customers in the Middle East to ensure security and technical operational excellence. The primary responsibility includes serving as the main point of contact for technical and security-related issues, deploying Cybereason software, and proactively guiding customers to reduce security risks. The ideal candidate will have a background in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex enterprise accounts and security systems, and be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing and escalating all technical and security issues.

Create reports for internal management and customers, ensuring business-critical items are resolved smoothly.

Manage relationships with customers through regular communication, on-site meetings, and executive briefings.

Lead the deployment of Cybereason software within customer environments.

Provide proactive technical guidance to ensure excellence in security operations.

Lead technical initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and promote Cybereason products.

Monitor and manage customer action items to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication with customers and timely updates.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, or in customer-facing Pre-Sales or Senior Support roles, with a focus on security operations.

Strong skills in technical and security capabilities, including Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Infrastructure Security, and Incident Response.

Experience managing enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Endpoint Detection Systems, Anti-Virus systems, and knowledge of SOC environments is a plus.
