GPSSA is seeking an experienced and innovative System Designer to lead the design and development of user-friendly, scalable, and secure digital channels including web and mobile platforms. This full-time role is pivotal in advancing the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by creating seamless user experiences, integrating enterprise systems, and promoting continuous innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile development, front-end technologies, and system integration, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• System Design & Development:

  • Design and implement responsive, user-centered digital platforms across web and mobile (iOS, Android).

  • Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final digital products using modern frameworks (React, React Native, etc.).

  • Ensure UI/UX designs are feasible, cross-platform compatible, and mobile-optimized.

• Integration & Compatibility:

  • Lead seamless integration of digital platforms with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and Pension Platforms.

  • Oversee API design, system interoperability, and ensure secure, mobile-optimized solutions.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams, external vendors, and cloud architects to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions.

  • Conduct workshops to align system designs with business objectives and user expectations.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Evaluate and enhance existing digital channels using data analysis, user feedback, and A/B testing.

  • Implement emerging technologies such as PWAs, AR, voice interfaces, and more.

  • Provide recommendations on performance optimization, personalization, and mobile security.

• Self-Management:

  • Set annual performance goals, identify training needs, and stay current with industry trends and tools.

Skills Required:

• Mobile Development: React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Xamarin

• Front-End & Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

• System Integration: MuleSoft, Oracle Service Bus, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, ESBs

• Cloud Integration: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT

• UI/UX & Prototyping: Responsive Web Design, Mobile-First Design, Figma, Adobe XD

• Security: OWASP Mobile Top 10, SSL/TLS, GDPR compliance

• Optimization: Mobile caching, lazy loading, push notifications, page load optimization

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Certifications in mobile development, cloud, integration, and agile/project management.

• 8+ years of experience in digital/mobile application design and development.

• 6+ years of system integration experience within enterprise environments.
