Siemens Energy is looking for an HR Intern to assist with employment and mission visa management, track renewals, and support the issuance of residence visas for dependents. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and immigration compliance, with a focus on the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of employment and mission visas for local and expatriate hires

Track and renew employee visas and labor cards

Support the issuance and renewal of residence visas for employees’ dependents

Maintain accurate records of visa-related activities in HR systems

Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate onboarding processes, including medical insurance enrollment for new employees

Participate in reporting visa-related expenses and improving HR systems
Qualifications & Experience Required:

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
