Key Responsibilities:

Maintain smooth day-to-day office functions and ensure operational efficiency.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Track and manage inventory usage; ensure accurate records and timely replenishment of stock.

Assist in coordinating fieldwork schedules and ensure teams are well-equipped with required materials.

Support general administrative tasks and storekeeping activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Male, aged 35 years or below

Holds a College Computer Certificate or equivalent qualification
