Horizon International School, part of Cognita Schools, is seeking an experienced Whole School Vice Principal to inspire excellence in education and drive student achievement. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to shape the school’s strategic direction, focusing on academic success, student well-being, and staff development in a vibrant, diverse school community.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (minimum), with a leadership qualification (e.g., Masters, NPQ) being desirable.

• Proven track record of senior leadership experience, with evidence of impact.

• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England, teaching pedagogy, and leadership strategies.

• Inspirational, well-organized, and tech-savvy with a passion for student success.

• International experience is an advantage.
