About the Role:
We are supporting a rapidly expanding real estate development company in Dubai in their search for a Trilingual Executive Assistant fluent in Chinese, Arabic, and English.
This critical role will assist senior executives with translation, interpretation, administrative tasks, and cross-functional coordination across teams, government bodies, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and professional interpretation during executive meetings and business negotiations.

Translate government documents, contracts, business correspondence, and internal materials with high precision.

Support executives in coordinating with different departments, government entities, partners, and clients.

Manage general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, documentation, and executive support tasks.

Organize and maintain translation archives, ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:

Fluency in Chinese, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).

Strong skills in translation and interpretation.

UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Prior experience in real estate development or a related industry is a strong advantage.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
Key Candidate Criteria:

Must be currently based in GCC countries.

Native Arabic speakers preferred.
