Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO of the IMEA Region. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential matters, supporting strategic projects, and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison for the CEO with Board members, staff, customers, and partners.

Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

Oversee project documentation, prepare reports, and coordinate deliverables across departments.

Provide high-level administrative support including managing the CEO’s calendar, travel plans, and confidential correspondence.

Assist in preparing financial statements and business presentations.
-
Monitor execution of CEO-assigned projects and track progress.

Maintain communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Present information on behalf of the CEO when required and coordinate with Head Office in Germany.
Required Experience:
-
6–8 years of experience in a similar executive support role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in freight forwarding is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
