Job Title: Public Relations Officer
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong Account Management capabilities to join our team in the UAE. This dual-role position requires a professional who can efficiently handle all government-related processes while also managing client accounts across two company branches.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, well-versed in UAE labor and immigration laws, and experienced in building lasting relationships with both government authorities and clients.
Key Responsibilities – Public Relations Officer (PRO):

Manage the full cycle of visa processing including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Handle all interactions with UAE government entities, including Immigration, Labour, Municipality, and other regulatory bodies.

Prepare, submit, and track documentation for licenses, permits, and approvals.

Stay current with UAE labour laws, residency rules, and legal procedures.

Ensure full compliance with government regulations across both company branches.

Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting.
Key Responsibilities – Account Manager:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met through effective coordination with internal teams.

Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Provide regular performance reports and insights on account status.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE with deep knowledge of visa and licensing processes.

Experience in account management, client service, or similar roles.

Excellent understanding of UAE Labor Law, immigration regulations, and local administrative processes.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities across branches.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Candidate:

Holds a valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
