Ogilvy, a global creative agency with over 120 offices in nearly 90 countries, is seeking an experienced and strategic (Associate) Account Director to join its Dubai team. This leadership role focuses on managing client portfolios in the Customer Experience (CX) space, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional digital and strategic marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive strategic client plans, focusing on integrated digital and experience objectives.

Lead a portfolio of accounts, ensuring excellent project delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Provide data-driven and CRM-activated strategies for client campaigns.

Build long-term relationships with client-side leadership, acting as a trusted advisor.
-
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.

Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and global delivery teams to execute campaigns.

Guide agency teams through evolving trends and skillsets, promoting internal knowledge-sharing.

Contribute actively to Ogilvy’s regional and global CX community.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in client services, project management, or CX strategy roles.

In-depth knowledge of digital channels, including SEO, social media, mobile, analytics, and data-driven marketing.

Proven ability to lead innovative, performance-based marketing strategies.

Strong communication, team leadership, and project management capabilities.
-
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
-
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
