The role involves prospecting landlords, onboarding properties, negotiating agreements, and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect landlords through CRM, Dubizzle, and database sheets.

• Onboard a minimum of 8 properties per month.

• Manage referrals from internal agents.

• Meet with landlords to finalize agreements.

• Prepare and send financial projections to landlords.

• Build rapport with potential landlords on a daily basis.

• Conduct market reports and create presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development.

• Must have a driving license and a car.

• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Proven experience in improving customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
