Position Overview:

Aionion Group is seeking a Senior Executive Officer (SEO) to lead and manage the strategic and operational functions of the organization, ensuring full alignment with DFSA regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business development. This role is open to candidates from India with extensive experience in financial regulations and wealth management, looking to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Provide strategic direction to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization, aligning with DFSA regulations.

• Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and market expansion.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure the company adheres to all relevant DFSA regulations, policies, and financial service laws.

• Stay updated on evolving regulations to ensure consistent compliance across all operations.

Governance & Risk Management:

• Design and execute robust governance frameworks and risk management policies to mitigate financial and operational risks.

• Ensure transparent reporting and adherence to governance principles.

Business Development & Sales:

• Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.

• Drive sales strategies within the wealth management sector and expand client portfolios.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring financial sustainability, high performance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Manage internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.

Reporting & Oversight:

• Provide regular updates to the board and senior management on financial performance, compliance status, and key initiatives.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 3-5 years in senior leadership roles within a regulated entity.

• Deep knowledge of DFSA regulations and Indian financial regulatory frameworks (experience with similar international regulations is a plus).

• Proven expertise in strategic leadership, corporate governance, and risk management.

• Strong background in wealth management sales, with the ability to drive revenue and expand client portfolios.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Preferred:

• Experience with international financial institutions, particularly those in India and UAE.

• Familiarity with Fintech, Digital Banking, and Regulatory technologies.
