L’Oréal is hiring a Business Analyst Graduate Trainee to work with business intelligence in the GCC region. This full-time, on-site role involves analyzing sell-in and sell-out data, preparing reports, and providing insights to cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with business tools and develop innovative solutions to improve data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Provide data-driven findings and insights to support decision-making across business functions.

Data Preparation: Clean, prepare, and analyze data for business intelligence purposes.

Reporting & Tools: Maintain and update existing reports, define user requirements, and develop new reports for business tracking.

Exploratory Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and test various modeling methods to uncover insights.

Business Tools Integration: Utilize existing business tools and integrate unique solutions tailored to specific business cases.

Efficiency Improvement: Seek continuous improvement in data management processes and tools to enhance business usability and insight.

Collaboration: Share data insights with cross-functional teams and support the development of actionable plans.
Experience/Education/Skills Required:

Experience handling large amounts of data and simplifying them for business use

Intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Access

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills, capable of summarizing large data sets effectively

Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused on business dynamics to understand the context of the analysis
