Senior Associate – Talent Management

The Senior Associate – Talent Management at Modon plays a crucial role in performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and career development, particularly focusing on UAE Nationals to enhance employee retention. The role involves managing the entire performance management cycle, conducting training needs assessments, executing learning interventions, and developing career pathways for UAE Nationals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, ensuring the successful execution of performance booster plans in line with company policy.

  • Provide training to line managers and employees on the performance appraisal process and guidelines.

  • Conduct annual reviews of job descriptions for all employees across the company.

  • Develop and manage the learning and development programs, conducting training needs analysis and coordinating internal and external training interventions.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs and produce regular reports on training participation and outcomes.

  • Facilitate career development processes, including personality assessments and skills evaluations, to align employees with suitable roles.

  • Collaborate on the creation of career pathways for UAE Nationals, focusing on bridging gaps between current roles and future potential roles.

  • Develop a framework for succession planning and oversee professional development programs tailored to close experience and skills gaps.

  • Create and analyze regular reports and dashboards to monitor HR performance, including performance management and training program results.

  • Ensure the completion of HR audits and closure of any identified gaps within the managed areas.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in talent management and HR processes.

  • In-depth knowledge of performance management, learning and development, career development, and succession planning.

  • Ability to design and implement training programs and measure their effectiveness.

  • Excellent skills in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.

  • Experience in conducting evaluations and assessments, both personality and skills-based, for career development.

  • Familiarity with HR audits and employee orientation processes.
