Job Title: Account Manager 

Job Description:

Qatar Airways is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our commercial team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and promoting Qatar Airways’ exceptional services within the local market.

As an Account Manager, you will manage key corporate and trade accounts, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring Qatar Airways remains a preferred airline partner in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and travel trade clients to achieve commercial targets.

• Develop strategic business plans to maximize revenue and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and decision-makers.

• Identify new sales opportunities through market research and industry networking.

• Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, pricing, and operations to meet client needs.

• Represent Qatar Airways at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in aviation, travel, or hospitality sectors.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and client relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
