Key Responsibilities:

Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and basic data entry to improve team productivity.

Assist in the handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail/packages, keeping accurate records of all deliveries and shipments.

Ensure all office supplies and cleaning materials are well-stocked and organized.

Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
