ODEON Tours, part of Coral Travel Group, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract Assistant Manager – Luxury Hotels to manage and negotiate contracts with luxury hotels in the UAE. The role focuses on securing competitive rates and favorable terms with high-end accommodations, as well as ensuring the availability and performance of luxury hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and negotiate contracts with luxury hotels to secure competitive rates and favorable terms

Develop strong relationships with five-star and ultra-luxury hotels, conducting regular visits to maintain partnerships

Oversee all luxury hotel contracting processes, including special offers, early booking discounts, and stop sales

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the luxury travel sector

Monitor hotel performance, manage allocations, and ensure price competitiveness

Address queries and concerns from luxury hotel partners

Conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the high-end travel market

Provide guidance to hotels on allotments and availability to maximize sales

Track cancellations and guest feedback, implementing follow-ups to maintain high standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum 5 years of experience in tour operations, hotel contracting, or account management, with a focus on luxury hotels

Fluency in English (Russian is a plus)

Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel and hospitality sector

Proven experience in negotiating contracts with luxury hotels

Strong analytical, networking, and negotiation skills

Business-driven mindset with the ability to capitalize on luxury market opportunities

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust with premium hotel partners

Hotel school or university background preferred

Residing in Dubai, UAE, with a valid UAE driver’s license

Willingness to travel as required
