Job Title: Corporate Insurance Marketing 

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Corporate Insurance Marketing & Risk Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in the UAE insurance sector and possess a deep understanding of corporate insurance programs, client risk profiles, and consultative sales.

This role focuses on planning and executing marketing strategies for property, liability, employee benefits, and specialty insurance lines, while building lasting relationships with key corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for corporate insurance solutions across multiple lines (property, liability, employee benefits, and specialty).

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strengths, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients.

  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to build rapport and identify opportunities.

  • Lead initiatives to drive brand awareness and position the company as a top-of-mind choice in the insurance market.

  • Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and networking.

Technical & Advisory:

  • Understand client industries and risk exposures to recommend comprehensive insurance programs.

  • Conduct insurance program audits, identify coverage gaps, and prepare detailed risk assessments.

  • Guide clients through insurance applications and explain coverage terms clearly.

  • Obtain, compare, and negotiate insurance quotations to match client requirements.

  • Present recommendations and finalize insurance plans with clients.

  • Oversee policy terms, endorsements, and ensure accurate issuance and servicing.

  • Act as the client’s advocate during claims or disputes, ensuring fair outcomes and exceptional service.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE insurance industry.

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

  • Deep understanding of insurance contracts, risk management, and client advisory.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Highly self-motivated, articulate, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
