RedHolt is hiring a Customer Success Manager with a global focus, based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, to build strategic partnerships and enhance customer experiences for top-tier media, sports, and entertainment brands. This hybrid role blends program management, customer advocacy, and cross-functional leadership to maximize client value and foster long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Lead onboarding sessions and training to promote seamless product adoption.

Manage complex, multi-departmental programs while ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Analyze success metrics and translate them into strategic improvements.

Act as the customer’s voice internally to improve products and services.

Coordinate VIP post-event and post-project engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

7–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in tech or media-focused environments.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills across technical and executive levels.

Passion for technology and a high level of emotional intelligence.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on ROI and long-term value delivery.
