ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Change Management to join their Digital Change Management team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves partnering with business functions to understand, prioritize, and deliver digital solutions. The Senior Specialist will drive change management initiatives, help customers adapt to new digital services, and improve customer relationships through effective communication and strategic planning. The position requires experience in IT solutions, project management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business functions regarding IT services and digital capabilities.

• Develop and implement a digital change management strategy across ADNOC Group.

• Market digital solutions and conduct awareness campaigns.

• Advise on the risks and benefits of technology to improve business performance.

• Manage communication between business units and Group Digital & Cybersecurity teams.

• Provide training and support for users during and after the deployment of digital solutions.

• Supervise activities to meet functional objectives and contribute to strategic planning.

• Maintain optimal customer satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

• Experience: 10 years of relevant IT experience, including 5 years in a technical and managerial role with an emphasis on IT solutions, application development, and project management.

• Certifications: Professional certificates in Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Transition and Change Management. ACMP/Prosci certification in Change Management is preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Expertise in digital change management best practices and tools.
