Job Title: Financial Analyst 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting, along with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across all fiscal operations.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, managing month-end closures, supporting audit processes, and delivering precise financial reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Review and verify month-end financial records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

  • Support the annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors and providing accurate documentation of financial transactions and balances.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial closing reports to management.

  • Ensure timely and transparent disclosure of the company’s financial position by adhering to established financial and business protocols.

  • Enforce and monitor compliance with internal financial policies and regulations across all departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.

  • Strong knowledge of core accounting concepts, including cash flow management, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Skilled in reporting and documentation, with a solid command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
