Job Title: Front of House Staff
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our hospitality team. This dual-role position combines cashiering and waiting duties, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk:

Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests.

Operate POS systems to process customer transactions efficiently.

Handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure cash register accuracy at shift end.

Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
Table Service & Dining Experience:

Welcome and seat customers promptly, present menus, and explain dish ingredients or specials.

Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff.

Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and friendly service.

Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.

Clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.

Present bills and handle end-of-meal payments.
Skills & Requirements:

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
