Job Title: Studio Front Desk Administrator

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our boutique health and wellness studio. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fitness, customer care, and studio operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in maintaining smooth day-to-day activities while supporting sales and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Handle client communication across WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.

  • Schedule classes, appointments, and manage instructor calendars using studio software (e.g., Mindbody, ClassPass).

  • Greet and assist clients, provide orientations, and respond to inquiries efficiently.

  • Actively promote and sell memberships, class packages, and studio promotions.

  • Track client attendance and follow up with inactive members.

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception and studio space.

  • Process payments, handle billing tasks, and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Support in organizing studio events and preparing promotional materials.

Training Period:

  • Duration: 2 weeks

  • Focus Areas: Studio software, customer service protocols, operational procedures, and sales strategies.

  • Evaluation: Performance assessed at the end of training to determine eligibility for permanent hire.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Training Period Compensation: AED 3,000/month

  • Post-Training Salary: AED 4,000/month

  • Commission: 5% on personal sales (memberships, packages, services)

  • Salary Review: Possible after 6 months based on performance

Hiring Process:

  1. Application Review – Initial CV screening

  2. Phone Interview – Quick check of communication and interest

  3. In-Person Interview – Deep dive into admin skills, sales mindset, and personality fit

  4. Training Period – 2-week trial with full hands-on training

  5. Final Evaluation – Successful candidates will receive a permanent offer

Candidate Requirements:

  • Female, aged 20–30 years

  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus

  • Sales-driven, friendly, and proactive

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred

  • Professional appearance and a welcoming attitude

  • Computer-literate and confident with scheduling tools
