Job Title: Administrative Assistant 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to supporting daily office operations.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and take clear and concise meeting minutes.

  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, forms, and other correspondence.

  • Assist in preparing regular reports and internal documents.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.

  • Support office logistics and operations, including the use of printers, scanners, and fax machines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with office management systems, tools, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Residence Location: United Arab Emirates

  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.
