We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to supporting daily office operations.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and take clear and concise meeting minutes.

Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, forms, and other correspondence.

Assist in preparing regular reports and internal documents.

Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.

Support office logistics and operations, including the use of printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with office management systems, tools, and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
