We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting shop and department managers in ensuring seamless operations, superior customer service, and optimal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide expert guidance to support purchase decisions

• Assist in inventory control and placing orders to maintain stock availability

• Address and escalate customer complaints and operational issues promptly

• Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, inventory, and staff productivity

• Support staff scheduling to meet operational demands and optimize labor costs

• Assign tasks to team members including sales associates and cashiers

• Oversee shop opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with company policies

• Monitor team performance against sales targets and recommend corrective actions

• Coach and train team members on products and effective selling techniques

• Contribute to staff motivation, performance evaluation, and development

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 2 years in a managerial role and 5 years in retail or a similar field

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage conflict

• Proven ability to direct work and develop talent

• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English

• Strong communication skills and product knowledge

• Self-aware, accountable, and a quick learner
